Rates include electricity, water, gas, 10% VAT, Internet Wi-Fi in reception room

• Car place in garage only in yellow house: € 5,00 per day (for less-than-4-days vacations € 7,00 per day)

• Apartments can be occupied exclusively by a number max of 4/6 people – children included.

• Check in and Check-out are expected on the Saturday of each week. Check in after 3:00 P.M/Check out: before 10.00 a.m. Apartments must be left clean and tidy on departure

• Any possible damages must be refunded: as guarantee a deposit of 100 € will be asked at the arrival (and it will be give back at the departure)

• For accommodation’s confirmation, the Guest’s DEPOSIT must arrive within 15 days from the reservation.
In case of cancellation, 15 days before the arrival, we will refund 80% of the deposit.

• Arrivals and departures are planned for the Saturday; arrivals after h 3,00 pm, departures within h 10,00 am.

• Clients can take a look to apartments (upon according to Management)..

• Preferably balance payment at the arrival.

• The Management isn’t in any way responsible for values not deposited.

• For further information (explanation or periods different from those indicated) our customer service is at your disposal from 9 to 12 am and from 3 to 7 pm.
